In August 2017, Brian and Tiffany took to an online dating app to see what the new age technology could offer in the world of dating. Luckily for Brian, Tiffany connected with him and they exchanged texts for nearly two weeks before deciding to meet for a first date. After that first date at Voyager in Ferndale, Mich., Brian and Tiffany spent the next three consecutive days exploring Detroit and getting to know one another. Tossing footballs at the Fowling Warehouse, brunching at Gold Cash Gold, soaking in the Michigan summer sun in the backyard of Old Miami, and dining at yet another seafood restaurant, this first weekend of really getting to know one another set the foundation for their future together.
Brian and Tiffany spent the next year traveling the country, moving in together, and deciding to get real crazy: building a new home! They often joke that if they can survive building a Pulte home together, nothing will get between them. Following months of back-and-forth with the builder, Brian and Tiffany moved into their 'together home' in July 2018.
Exactly one year after their first date, Brian and Tiffany again visited Voyager for their one year anniversary. Tiffany had no idea what was planned for the evening. With Maid of Honor Erin Weyher's help, Brian was going to propose to Tiffany after dinner. Then the plan hit a hurdle. Voyager's menu had completely changed and they were not excited to dine there for this special occasion. With friends and family waiting in secret at Bar Louie, Brian decided to ask Tiffany at Voyager anyway. What became more an improv situation is now a moment both will not forget. And yes, she said yes.
